Capcom has confirmed that a "large-scale" expansion is in development for Monster Hunter Wilds.

Capcom is working on a big Monster Hunter Wilds expansion along the lines of what Iceborne was to World and Sunbreak to Rise.

The new Monster Hunter Wilds update aims to tackle its PC performance problems, and while it's not perfect I've seen a notable upgrade.
